My goal in the past year was to gain strength and balance to help address some of the issues that face older people like me, such as the risk of falling. Working with Kristy has helped me gain strength and balance physically, mentally, and emotionally. I appreciate how she always considers my capabilities and limitations when guiding me through a practice. Every movement is within my ability, challenges me to do more, and always considers my safety. She helps me understand how the physical, emotional, and mental aspects work together, helping me manage stress. I am much stronger, more stable, and mindful in all my everyday activities. Working with Kristy is a joyful experience!
