I have long struggled with anxiety. Even though I know not to stress the small stuff, I often find my body tense and my mind start to race during stressful times. I had tried to ‘practice yoga’ and to meditate on my own, but it never helped. The Forever Fit teacher was wonderful in getting to know me and what challenges. She then developed a program to best help me. Having Kristy teach me the techniques, explain how they help and guide me through several sessions was enlightening. I am now able to take what Kristy has shown me and use them to help me when I find myself feeling anxious. Thank you so much Kristy.
