Improving the Lives of Seniors Through Fitness

Below are a series of videos that demonstrate the movements our instructors typically bring to class. Each one-on-one and group session focuses on MOBILITY, STRENGTH, BALANCE, FLEXIBILITY, and ENDURANCE. All sessions are led by certified and experienced exercise professionals with degrees in a related field of study. Seated and standing exercises are incorporated using various body weight and resistive devices such as weights, bands, and balls. Sessions last 45 minutes and are appropriate for all levels of physical ability.
